Would PRP help in aiding the closure of a small chronic non healing wound?

I have a patient with a small chronic non healing wound in a patient in her 90s since her early twenties, wound is around 1 x 0.8 with exposed bone. Would PRP help in aiding the closure of this wound and how can we accomplish this?

Yes, I believe PRP would be of value in helping the wound heal as an adjunct in “conjunction” with collagen grafting and wound vac.
