MLB All Start Matt Kemp Gets a PRP Injection to Treat His Hamstring

It has been reported that Matt Kemp of the Los Angeles Dodgers has been given a platelet rich plasma injection to speed up the healing process of his ailing hamstring. To date, Kemp has been one of the best players in major league baseball.   He was placed on the 15 day disabled list and if healthy will return May 29th.

Matt Kemp is just another one in the long list of athletes to get PRP Treatment to help with their injuries.  Derrick Rose got PRP recently as well to help with his knee injury.  We will keep you updated on the Matt Kemp injury and monitor if his PRP treatment helps.
