Can the patients affected by SLE (in prolonged remission) and who take 2,5mg per day prednisolone do PRP?

 Regarding patients with SLE, I would avoid doing the procedure in any patient who may be immunocompromised. Until further studies are performed in such patients, I would recommend being conservative and be more selective.
